I recently went for the Rugged Oculus. It was close between it and the sparrow.
Picked up an MKIII as a host. Surprising how heavy it is.

Missouri River view from Hotel room. Looking into Omaha. Ice floating in the river and a casino next door.

No shit dude, I was just taking out the trash minutes ago and I saw it too! It was white, right?

Apparently he lives in my complex, or has some reason to come visit.

I dont remember the color, but I do not believe it was white.

Now it makes me wonder about the Laforza's I used to see in Scottsdale. There was a red one that parked south of Valley Ho. Pretty sure I saw a black or white one a lot, too.

Random question out of nowhere but this dawned on me today while I was sitting at a light...

So, in PA there was no such thing as a red left arrow. We only ever had these double gubbins:

Red was just plain red for everyone. (Except for some lights that would indicate red plus left turn green but PA is a wacky place and I'm trying to keep this simple) The left side was your left turn arrow, and the right side was straight ahead. If you had triggered the car detector and gotten priority, the lights would usually both turn green, then the left side arrow would go to amber, then the left side would turn off completely but you were still able to turn left if the way was clear. ONLY if there was a sign that indicated "no left turn on red" were you disallowed from going when the path was clear.

In AZ though I don't hardly see that, I'm guessing a red arrow but green straight ahead signal is the same thing as a "no left turn on red" sign? So, even if the way was clear for miles, a left turn on red arrow would be illegal?

    @Nitori

Yes, a red arrow means no turning left on red. You can only take a free left at intersections without arrows if all lights are green.

EDIT: Unless you find an intersection that has a green/yellow arrow, but no red. (I'm trying to remember if those are a thing, not normally something I think about while driving.) In that case, you can take the green arrow (or yellow if you're impatient) and then can squeeze in at the end as well after everyone else has stopped or whenever oncoming traffic is clear.

So I picked the yellow cut line on my powertray since you can always remove more, but never add.

Problem was the only cutoff wheel we had at ADD was one of those fucking giant ones with like a 4-5 inch wheel.
@XPOTRPR I should have asked if someone was hiding a dremel somewhere. :p

Luckily my cut lines still ended up mostly parallel but it was tough getting just enough without the wheel wanting to pull this way and that. The cutter we had was so strong it actually caught and ripped the plate out from under the stuff I had stacked on top of it. (You can see where I tried to blend out the gouge that made, not deep but just enough to catch a fingernail)

So it looks a little wonky right now but with a rasp / file set and some careful sanding and blending (and maybe a powdercoat if I'm feeling lavish) it'll look nice, and now fuse box clearance is way less of an issue.
