Yep, just a piece of bubble wrap around them once. No modded headlights for me anytime soon. Getting too expensive and haven't even started yet...

Well so far everything I've bought for this truck has had some issue including expensive seat covers, stereo system, grill, skid plate, kings, roof rack and now lights. Only thing I haven't had any problems with are Meso products and CBoy decals. Lol

Just take a good side picture, save it on pc, then right click "open with" choose ms paint. Blow it up 300%, pick a color, click on pencil icon and play with any color you choose. After coloring reduce back to 100% to see it. Real easy.

 

Im thinking this is probably the best thread to ask this question seeing it is all builds here instead of the main 3rd gen thread.
I just bought a 18 TRD OR and am thinking of changing the grill. The pro grill is getting too over used now and am thinking of the mesh one. My problem is that most I have found are mesh sheets that seem to have to be glued in and Im not into that. I want it to be in and right when I finish the install. Even customgrills site shows it getting glued in. Is there a mesh grill that is all together? I want to eliminate the damn chrome ring around it too. I have seen a couple on ebay but if im going to spend 150-200 I might as well just buy a pro and I dont want that. not made of money so looking around.

 

Well that sucks even more. If all he put in to protect the expensive headlights was that one damn piece of bubble wrap that’s a terrible packing job.

If he’s banned see if there was any shipping insurance hopefully and contact the shipping company ASAP and explain. I man even the box looks damaged...

 

He's not banned, another person who had a set of headlights for sale is. The guy I bought these from said not his problem basically.

 

So I found a good deal on KO2's at Costco, but they won't put them on the truck because I'm tryin to mount them on the OEM 17" TRD PRO rims, and the sticker on my OR says 16". They aren't allowed to "oversize" tires. Any ideas of what tire shops I can go to that will do this......

 

That's BS. You can't expect anything to survive that packaging job. Did you buy through a credit card or paypal? A dispute and/or charge back may be an option.

 

I don't know why any tire shop wouldnt mount them...Costco must have some liability insurance clause or something...

 

I agree but here is one problem with paying through paypal (which I pay everything through paypal for the record) If you buy something from someone on here and use paypal you have to send to the person as friend or family so there is no fees. As such you are telling them u r sending money not buying a gift and then you cant go back against seller because u didnt "buy" anything. and that sucks. cant trust anyone anymore.

 

Looking into options. Was hoping seller would honor their product but guess not...Thanks

 

and publicly blasting dont do any good because the person prob has nothing left to sell or would get themselves banned anyway
