Awesome, I have the factory towing package and would like to maintain the factory hitch and this seems to be the best solution out there (possibly only solution). Great work.

    Thanks!
I have had quite a few requests for the front and rear bumpers so I guess I need to finalize those soon!
The ones like on my truck will be the first offerings then I will likely offer some high clearance options as well

Probably not with this design but at some point I will do a full replacement and high clearance that will have my dual swing out system with the slam latch.
I have some pretty cool aluminum accessories in the works as well!IMG_0203.jpgIMG_0202.jpg

Yes, no windows in this one.
I'm not even sure I'll offer it if I can't make it work with the lines I want.
Once I make a 3D model of the factory bumper it will be easier to see how it will play out with the bsm

@Dissent86, any updates? Haven’t seen anything in a while, and need my fix.

    Cheers!

Haha, no truck updates, been working on the shop. Added a new toy to the shop a couple weeks ago as well, this should help with prototype! Also a random mig weave pic for fun.
The next plans for the truck are 35s and 4.88

Nice! Now we're talking. You keep a tight looking shop. That's what I like to see. I assume that is a plasma cutter? Super sic welds brutha!

I'm interested in putting 315/70/17's on my Taco, but not sure if it's a good idea. Will it prematurely wear out parts? Do they significantly change the angle on the CV's? The overall height isn't much more than the 285/75/17's but they add over an inch in width and like 10lbs per tire. What are your thoughts?

    Thanks! Yes new plasma table.

It will definitely add some wear but I have always ran at least 35s on my rigs and my last trip to hole in the rock trail reminded me why! I will go with a 285/75r18, about a 35x11.5.
I have noticed the narrow tire much easier to fit and the road manners are much better as well.

I’m thinking I’ll stick with the Toyo M/T 285/75/17’s. They come in at around 34”.

There seems to be a hole in the market for high clearance with BSM compatibility.

Yeah, unfortunately I don't think you can have both due to the size and placement of the sensors.

Did some surgery the other night in preparation for the new wheels and tires!
Decided to go with 285/75r18 toyo mt on black rhino wheels. Tires measured just over 35" tall and 11.7 wide. Will hopefully have them by the beginning of next week IMG_0368.jpgIMG_0369.jpg
