I found my problem now. Or really it's been a combination of everything fixed little by little and maybe this is the last piece of the puzzle.
I got loose inner tie rods. Mostly driver side.

How did you check those? Same as ball joints, jack up the front and feel for play?

I just grabbed the tie rod while alignment guy was barely turning wheel back and forth. I could feel it with my hand. I've been thru everything on the front end so far. I can definitely find your issue. Come to Joshua with us this weekend and we'll check it. Camping Friday-Sunday. Or we can do something following weekend

Sounds good...I might be able to make it to JT next weekend for a day or two. Doing my brakes this weekend so I'll try to check the tie-rods then, too.

think it's just some getting used to.
nothing that i could find, i went through it again last night and re-torqued everything on the LCA and rotated my tires and took it back out on a trail. Suspension is all cycling fine, no clunks or anything and absorbs all the bigger stuff like a dream but the smaller stuff (like smaller rocks or pot hole type stuff) i can feel through the whole cab. thought maybe they put more air in my tires but there still at 30psi.........

30 psi is still quite a bit...I go down to 15 - 18 on most trails and that's when I really notice it softening up. Even with my Kings if I hit the dirt with 32 psi like I normally run, its stiff as hell.

i always air down to about the same when i hit any real trails but guess i just got so used my shot out LCA's absorbing all the smaller stuff that i didn't think 30psi was too much when i hit all the smaller side stuff out here.
Thank you for the input too!

@Mike likes Tacos I think I'm looking at my tie rods too...went to do my steering rack bushings last night and once I pulled the bolts out, the stock bushings looked fine. One of them still looked brand new. Nothing torn though or mashed up like I was hoping (cause that would've been too easy of a fix of course). Looked closely at my tie rods and the driver's side outer one especially has been weeping grease for awhile it looks like. Couldn't check them properly on an alignment rack of course but I'd be curious to see what you think if you get a chance to look at 'em soon.

I am hoping to change out my tie rod inner and outer on Sunday. Thats probably my only free day this week. I can barely shake the wheel back and forth and I feel the inner tie rod popping. Your outer sounds like its toast. I would just replace both sides now so this weekend we can check everything beyond that. Maybe hold off on alignment till we can rule out steering rack bushings and inner tie rods this weekend. Count the thread when you remove the old rod end so you can try to set the new one close to the right spot.
