    Yes, CMC is in my very near future! I knew it was coming, w/out a doubt. I'm going to run it like it is, adjust the height back up to a c-hair < than 3" lift, get alignment professionally done (I did it myself & it drives great but I'm OCD about that type stuff so I'll let the guru's use their lasers to fine tune it) then get to chopping Monday.
    For the alignment I followed a 2 great threads on here, combined the knowledge & went after it.
    What I did was:
    max cam bolts for caster (short in front, long in rear) w/ LR UCA's set @ neutral which equals +2° by itself. I'm @ ~3.5° is my guess
    adjusted camber (I'm @ +.3° on DS, +.4° on PS)
    adjusted toe (I'm +.06°)
    Steering wheel is straight, no bump-steer, no wandering, wheel returns to center correctly, etc. Only issue is a slight right pull but I don't have it altered for road crown so that's probably why it does that.

    It took me 6 days to get a response from Fox on how high of a lift these C/O's were set at that they sent me and I could only wait 5 days. I installed them and it seemed way high and the drive Axle boots were in a bad way so I lowered it. After driving it a bit it settled and now it's too low. Having adjusted them with a cheap ass Chinese screwdriver I had, because the 5/16" punch wouldn't fit, the holes got wallered out a bit. I decided to chop a couple screwdrivers that were an exact fit, after I bent the shit out of the first one. These fit exact to the Fox holes (I thinks it's really close to 8mm but smaller than 5/16" everyone else said fit). I need to crank it back up to where Fox originally had them:
    27 threads exposed = 1.925" = 3" lift.

    I ended up setting them @:
    DS - 1.925" of exposed threads
    PS - 1.775" of exposed threads

    Here's what mine looked like with the stock springs, have a punch set from harbor freight that's works for me!! New 650lb 14 inch springs going on soon!!

    Did you measure hub to fender on the front? I’m wondering what kinda lift you’ll get with that bumper and the 600lb coils. I have yet to put on my fox 2.5s but they are stock with the same coils. I’ve got a US Off-road bumper and winch which total about 180lbs so I’m wondering if I need to step up to 650s.

    That's the thing, only running rci sliders, optima battery.. over 2.5 inches of preload to get to 23 inches hub to fender. New springs are going to fix this and my ride should soften up!

    FYI:
    The Fox RR frame mounting kit is BS. Here's the part number and the reservoir mounted. The bracket slots for the hose clamps is 1/2" too wide, at a minimum. The reservoir is barely clamped! Picture is crooked but mount is level.

    I can't recommend these drill bits enough. With just a bit of cutting oil and the right speed they just eat right thru the frame. Good shit!

    The hose clamp length isn't the issue. It's the width of the the mounting bracket. It's at least 1/2" too wide. The bracket has slots on the outboard side that the hose clamps have to go thru. IMG_0984.jpg
    I could've made better fitting clamps myself and saved $40. On the plus side, I ordered them and the rooster tails yesterday evening and I received them today. Crazy shit got from Cali to Texas in less than 24 hours!

    Ahhh, gottcha, misunderstood in the first one!! That sucks, don't have mine on yet. Looks like they could be ground to move those clamps in a bit, but does suck they don't fit right... Swear, need to get a plasma cutter and just Fab my own parts!!!

    In the future I'll take them off to ground the slots the clamps go thru to make it where I can get them further inboard. I hear you about a plasma cutter!

    Don't those rear fox's come with the piggy back style mounts for the reservoirs?

    Edit:

    Nvm I see they did in your earlier pictures, why did you not want to just use the original mounts they come with?

    Yes but no matter how you rotate/mount the res. to the shock, it's really close to either the tire or the leaf spring axle mount bracket. It'll work but too close for me (I had it piggy-backed for a few days). Also, if the shock rotates in it's mount the res. will get ate by the tire or crunched by the leaf spring axle mount bracket. I'm over paranoid so I played it safe w/the frame mount.

    Hmm looks like I'm gonna need some new brackets then. Mine are the same as yours just with the CD adjusters, and they come piggy back style. I'll have to see how close it is when I get it mounted up finally.

    The resi's w/the CD adj. may be longer & fit better. Just hold the bracket up to the resi. & see how it'll fit.
