    I hope this doesn't come across wrong but faith helps with this situations. If you let the what ifffs get to you then it is definitely doomed to fail. But if you can have faith and try and find common ground in visiting talking etc. then that is where the relationship will survive. Just have a very candid conversation with her and tell her you feel like 2nd place to everything and you need more try and know what you need as far as more than what you are getting. You both have to make compromises but if she is a high maintenance city type and you are not then it probably won't work. I will say the relationships that I have seen last the longest and endure hardships such as this both people were very similar in what they wanted out of life, religion, political views, how they wanted to live.

    I think you're right. I need to talk with her about this. We had a conversation a couple months ago, but it was over the phone. This calls for a sit down face to face.

    I broke the upright stand to my light :mad: made a new one. This day is not going like I thought. BUT I did pick up my wheelers superbumps from that guy today.

    I agree. She's definitely not high maintenance. Even though she's a girly girl, she was very willing to get her hands dirty in my last flip. She did the entire tile backsplash herself!

    We both want the same things out of life too, unless she wasn't being honest with me about it. We have the same goals, morals, values, and even political beliefs. She's white collar, I'm blue collar and her FT job pays double than that of mine. That's about the only difference.

    She's not good at compromise. She's a selfish person, even though she's generous. Not sure how to describe that...

    That's a positive those superbumps are awesome. Wish I had the coin and time to actually compare and do an in-depth analysis of them vs. timbrens. But there are so many variables to try and not have to have a good scientific analysis.

    Thanks guys. I just needed to air my laundry. You confirmed what i was thinking. I'm glad I didn't jump to a rash decision on this. That's not to say it'll work out, but the jumping to conclusions thing won't work

    Thus this is why I have been a bachelor my entire life. I am not much older than you but chose to not even seriously date until I was 30. Plus most women don't want to live the lifestyle I like to live and am getting back to. Damn moving to the city for the kid threw a monkey wrench in my plans.

    Also people go through a lot of growing up from their mid 20s to their 30s maybe some things have changed with her have a conversation of all those things again.

    Just now seeing this. I haven't been on TW much because of work, job hunting, and freelance. Have fun camping tonight!

    @08TRDOFFROAD

    I remembered your story about the plug in the oil catch container staying pressed down causing a mess. As soon as I pulled the container out for use I made damn sure the plug was open.
