    Think about that a minute...the amount of $$$$ you pay "waiting" in traffic on gas would pay for a round trip ticket, YES ??? :eek:

    Not mine. I live in Anderson county.

    I bet. That's what the dude told me. Unlocked it and told me to crawl up in it. Still had autobahn max kph painted on the dash. He drove it down from Memphis where they bought it from a guy that imports them. Max speed is 43 mph.

    I can't do it but I have seen some very expert drivers climb 3 foot vertical walls with the military versions ... did he mention at 43 mph you best have ear plugs in and no loose teeth / items in the cab lol :}

    He didn't mention noise but made a point to express how smooth it rides.

    Very good. Hope you get a good one! I’m trying to remember what brand CB antennas they used to run on the big rigs back in the 70’s. They were double truckers, and had that small grenade piece in the center of the antenna. I think moonraker made them. They were bad ass. Do you happen to know what they were called?

    Those were oil filled and could handle any "heaters" that boosted their radios ;)

    I have an aluminum Predator that stands at 5' with whip installed...weighs less than my Wilson 5000 but hits every dam branch :eek:

    Used it a few times on the Tacoma but was truly overkill :p my 3 and 4' wilson fiberglass treat me well and once tuned right can handle the "Small Radio" I run...:cool:

    Aggregate is going "NUTS" right now in Florida, central part of the state is really going crazy and rates are finally coming up that we are "talking" about another truck....play on words BUT this will be my "Semi-retirement " truck :p .. Time and $$$ will decide...

    One of my favorite movies was white line fever, with Jan Michael Vincent driving the blue cab-over.

    Bathtubs are almost gone....They have all gone square but smooth walls, still Florida Spec-long frames and short tubs

    [IMG]

    Florida will give me 88,000 on 6 axles if I "cut through" the woods-stay off the Interstate and pay for the permit...not near the 106,000 I could in NH but still 26-28 ton of material...

    Polk, Orange and Hernando counties can not get enough material so $$$ is coming back..:cool:
