The Blue Mule.....Ford WT 9000

That version of truck was what I teamed in when I 1st started with United Van Lines out of Kittery Maine ....Maine to Florida with a 45' furniture trailer that was a "few" years ago

 

Awesome! Those Fords would scream! A little different sound than the Detroit’s!!

 

We ran a Cummins and you could get in "trouble" quickly because furniture cubed before weighed out...fully loaded we could forget the trailer was there ....

 

Evening everyone !!!

Getting ready to watch the DVR recorded Xfinity race and relax . Worked on my Camaro today and did some wiring and like how it turned out

Was also driving my truck today and looks like the serpentine belt that I had replaced over a year ago is now glazed and making a chirping sound . So it looks like a trip back to Goodyear where it was replaced on Monday with copy of repair receipt

But they are fun to drive :} I have no idea I have seen some youtube stuff where they race them it looked like it was desert in the US so was curious.

Yeahhhh, you're gonna want to get that checked out as soon as you can. Flu's a killer this year, and that's no joke.

I ended up catching a NASTY respiratory virus that's only similar to the flu, and I'm STILL getting over it 10 days later.

So, that Unimog is one incredible machine - but who's the crazy bastard in the JK (?) behind him??

 

To do any of the trails in Johnson Valley on the Hammers you've got to accept you'll have heavy trail damage

 

The Unimog took a decent door beating rear driver side.

 

I remember running the Jack Hammer trail there about 25 years ago in my old Rock Crawler jeep . I ended up snapping both front axle shafts and putting a nice crease on my pass side after I slipped off a rock

 

Damn, dude - wow!

Well, good evening folks. Got the dog home from the vet. Only cost me $1800 and change. She's on some pretty good meds. Too much of that and I'll have to put her through rehab.
