I had red on some wheel spacers once and it was surprisingly easy to undo. Caught me a little off guard. It was the red from Spidertrax

Wonder if the heat transfer from braking caused a breakdown?

I installed the fronts last night. I have a 2016 DCSB with a hidden winch in the front and 255/85/16’s for tires. My before center of hub to fender was 20.25. Initially before getting any miles on the truck after installing the front I was at 23 on both sides. Now after about 20 miles I am at 22.25 on both sides. I will be doing the rear in another week once I decide if I am doing an aal. I currently run airbags so I just added a little air to them to level it out for now.

Your truck looks great! Impressive that you get 2 inches plus of lift with a winch on the front as well

Interested with that size tire if after your lift you have any rubbing you didn’t have before?

Thank you! Yeah we will see after a week where it really ends up. I would be happy with 1.5" when all is said and done.

I have heard that some have had rubbing on the uca but I think they were running the Cooper maxx's which tend to be a little wider than these Cooper S/T's. The clearance on my uca looks really good so far.

I know that when I did my first lift and it was only around that amount my truck ran great, no issues. The CV angles looked good. Although I'm 2nd gen, thats all I'm looking for as well between 1.5 and 2 inches. Looking for more suspension performance instead of lift.

Woof this might be more lift than im looking for. When I ordered it I was under the impression that 3rd gens should expect around 1” up front. Might be a set of these for sale soon. We’ll see.

That shouldn't happen, to take off red your supposed to use heat and air tools. Hopefully just air tools but will probably need some heat. Blue loctite is for hand tools, however we all know it is hand tools with a long breaker bar.

The confusion was probably coming from people saying that the 3rd gen was already one inch higher so we're only going to get about an inch. However, will the results that we're getting, it shows that the one inch higher are not from the suspension.

i just got mine all done on my 2.7. measurements come out 3/4" high in the front, so after some miles it might end up dead even. i will get pics and measurements tonight.

Ok, can someone help me out on this suspension? Not, really a suspension guy so don't know what the hell I am looking at.

I am looking for a lift less than 2" with better ride quality than my 2018 TRD OR. I will be installing a bumper and winch that will weight 135# total in the front in a couple of months. Will this kit compensate for the added weight? I will also be getting a HC rear bumper from CBI maybe in a couple of years. Can someone give me recommendations with this kit?

I was literally going thru every page and got tired and confused when everyone started talking about needles, upgrading to Dakar, etc. If this kit would work for me, I would definitely want in on this great deal.

    Thanks.
