This is the best snow we have gotten all winter and there is no base to hold it.
Sucks! But.....that is mom nature for ya.

 

Fucking snowblower shit itself this am. Runs, moves but no auger. Shearpins are good, I just have to open It up to see what snapped

 

Seeing how he’s alive and still able to type, i’m going to go with no.

That episode was sort of weird, they cut out a lot of the usual stuff.

 

I haven't finished it but thought it was pretty good so far.

 

Everytime someone talks about their snowblower, it convinces me to never buy a snowblower lol

 

They are beasts if you get the right kind.. ibhave a skid steer and a tundra with a plow for the commercial accounts but the snow blower cleans a majority of my and my fathers personal property.. the problem most people have is they use it for the last time in march then jusy put it away until January. We spend a few hours in April going through ours checking gears, spark plug, carb, and lines. Then its pretty simple keep fresh gas and clean oil through the winter

 

My MTD lasted 20 years. I sold it to a buddy and he still uses it. I bought this Ariens 3 years ago it has been nothing but a pain in the ass

 

Around now when the remaining storms are limited its a good time to switch to ethanol free fuel

 

Ariens are great but I’ve noticed the left side of them usually wear faster/blow through more shear pins

 

I had a rocker arm stud snap and now something for the sugar. Pins are good, I expect it is in the drive. The gear is hopefully good cause the output isn't moving either. I will get into it later

 

Does it have a powertrain warranty?

 

I think I am past it now.
