I really like my son's outlook. He is honest to a fault and will own up to whatever he messes up (which isn't often). But all they do is change oil/filters and tires. When customers start giving him crap because they want something different his response is usually something like "...this is walmart! What do you expect!?". They do get to refuse cars though. If the oil doesn't show on the stick, wrong filter, stripped wheel studs, bad past experience with a customer. So he sends quite a few away.

If a car is full of trash, smells like shit, and smoke and has used diapers and condoms in it I still have to work on it.

 

Good old NATTC Lakehurst I did time there. was nice only because it was LAND. after I was at sea for two years.
