1st gen taco lift question on this kit?

    idk if its a good deal but though i would share it with tw.com so there u all go an if anyone has got this kit plz let me know are if anyone thinks this is a good deal let me know:).
    i have looked on toyteclifts.com an its bot the same but u get the coil springs with their kit i think thats it. an it runs 699.00

    would like to here some feed back on this one guys.

    yes and no. depends on what your wanting to get out of a lift.

    that kit uses front coil spacers (which make the ride suck, i know from experience) and rear shackles (which cause the stock leafs to flatten out quicker than normal) to give you your lift. the only good thing about that kit are the 5100's for the rear (the one in the pic are for 05+ tacomas)

    for about $50 more you could get 5100's on all 4 corners of the truck and an AAL out back and you will have a much better set up and ride than that kit. you can order these parts from toytec and get a TW discount.

    if all your looking for is "lift" then it's ok, but if your looking for lift and some increased off road performance, then i would suggest going the alt route i suggested.

    do just get both of the kits u have linked me? an i be good to go? i just want a 2 are 2.5 lift so thanks matt for u help toytec said they dont have any 5100's in till like may 15th i think :(.

    yeah, the 5100's are on backorder eveywhere i think. it's a production problem or something. you will be good 2 go with the products from those 2 links. be sure to PM toytec or call them up and order over the phone so you can get your TW discount.
