Thinking about pulling the trigger on the "new"/re-branded Demello Aluminum front bumpers. Sent an email out to them to gets some spec before I do and double checking that they are running a deal I saw earlier with the options I want. Trying to jump in on the first run/batch of their aluminum bumpers .

Wasn't planning to buy bumper until later; towards end of next year, but couldn't resist the great deal they doing right now . On top of that, I really need a winch since I only have one friend that has one and I don't like not having one in-case I need it.

 

Looks great! Curious about the cut lines on the fenders wrapping around to the grill , can you cut less to limit the gap or is that much gap needed for some reason?

He's got the quality mastered on his designs. I got this printed in PLA and it needs to be printed in ABS or something to take some of grainy look away from it.

That would look good! I could make the TRD separate then the letters can be colour matched. Printing dual colours would work too but it would be tough to match Inferno and Calvary Blue. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for @rrentrop to make some decals since he has all the colours matched.

Ya, you guys are lucky, we pay more for our shit here. Didn't look it up, but that same bar in our Home Depot would probably be at least $40, if not more, or we might not even have them....

That looks great. The grainy/lined print is notorious with extrusion printing(PLA, ABS, doesn't matter) great for quick prototyping...but IMO doesn't have a "production" surface finish or durability. If you want some prices just PM me. Here is the finish on my stuff

Added a strip of Velcro to the center console for my G27.

 

That would make a great cubby “safe”. Size it properly, put a lock in the cover, and consider it sold!
