I was running in the high 30s but I just lowered them down a bunch. Doing 32/30 right now, but I think I'll do 34/32 or 34 all around.

Going to order these today as the stock Goodyears are not so good in snow. I am still on fence about stock size or the 75's.

If you have 16 inch wheels, go with 265/75R16. And post some pictures once you have them on!

I am in the same boat as you. I am leaning towards the 70's for the following reasons.
They are lighter (2 pounds), the truck is engineered for that size and the stock spare tire will work (don't have to buy a 5th tire).
    Thoughts?

I am as well. Forgot all about the spare so that is a nod to the 70's. A taller tire is going to effectively change the gear ratio at well. It already is a dog so I don't want to make it worse with a taller/heavier tire.

I agree. I am very happy with how my stock truck looks, and I have not tackled any terrain where I need more clearance (the 75's give you about .5" of extra ground clearance).

Is anybody running the E rated 235/85/16's? I'm curious about ride quality and fuel economy. I like pizza cutters in the snow.

I’ve got 75’s I really can’t tell much of a difference on power loss, mpg’s stayed the same for me, I’ve also been driving with ECT turned on 95% of the time lately.

The 75’s also have slightly narrower tread width which you can tell the difference coming from the stock Goodyear’s. (I liked the wider tread width)

Could you all post some side pics of your 75's on stock suspension?

In the 235/85/16 they run about 48lbs per tire. Definitely heavier than P rated, but not the 55lbs for the E rated 265/75/16. I'm not really interested in 255/85/16, not to mention they aren't available in that size.

I've stalked the pizza cutter threads. There is a ton of great info in there, for sure. Thanks!

I have the P265/75 r16 and drive 90% highways. I notice little difference on flat highways from stock power and MPGs. 70 mph highways with hills average 1-1.5mpg less than stock and the truck hunts between 4th-5th a lot to maintain the speed limit. I'm happy with how it drives though and would not go with heavier tires for my use.

These tires are great in the snow!

Got a set of these installed last week. My logic was something affordable and quality. I wanted a more aggressive look without sacrificing too much MPG, or road noise. I figure I would wait a few years until the warranty is up before I chop the frame and add big o'l meats. These will hold me over until the time comes for a more serious lift/ tire combo. Front sits a bit low in my opinion. My fox kit is sitting under my bench at work. looking to do about 1.5 upfront and 1" rear. Tires have been great so far. Really happy with the hardly noticeable road noise increase. MPG's took a hit... but f*&% it

Is that 265/75/16? Front does sit low from that picture.
