    Anyone in the area looking to sell a set of 3rd gen oem fender flares? I'd prefer OR flares but I'm open to any of the colored ones.

    Only took a month and a half of having my lift sitting in boxes mocking me, but it's finally on. Little bit of squat that needs taking care of soon...maybe some dakars in the near future, sooner that expected

    I hear ya on that one! Then you can save for some wheels too if you want to upgrade those. We can always help the tires needing replaced problem by heading out on some trails to burn off all that extra rubber they have.

    RC nerf bars, OME 887's, 5100's, Allpro Expo Leaf pack. Patches for extra 5HP!
    @JimboAnz @Bannerman @themadzapflasher

    Good luck tomorrow boys. Swapped out both front axles today (busted CV boots) and pulled the needle bearing, tossed in 887’s, 5100, LR UCAs, which was the easy part. Bearing was easy removal, install is just tedious. Axle removal was the hardest. Gave @JimboAnz some tips that worked for me, tried like 5 different things to pull the axle. Probably a no brainer, but wear clothes you don’t mind throwing away. Looked like I was cleaning chimneys all day.

    Woohoo. Gonna be fun tomorrow :thumbsup:. I have heard someone talk of tyeing one end of a rope to the axle, and other end to a bfh sledge hammer, and pulling it out that way. Idk. We shall learn a lot tomorrow.

    If you do that method make sure that rope gets tied behind the innermost joint. A good pry bar and getting it high enough in the air and giving them a good pop works too. Just don't go yanking on the axles too hard from the outer parts or you could pull the joints apart and then they are no fun to get back together unless you take the old clamp off and have a new clamp and tool to install it.

    Yep those c-clips that hold the axles in can be a bear at times. If any of you have any trouble and can't get an axle out let me know and I can get you my slide hammer and an attachment that slips in behind the axle to knock them out.

    Bushing day at @Bannerman ’s hacienda. Went well. we both got ours out and in without issue. I have 102k on mine, he has (much less maybe 40k, i cant remember :anonymous:). He had symptoms, i did not. Mine came out looking really good, his showed significant wear. Both are 2015 trucks. Goes to show every truck is different, and this needle bearing may or may not ever show its ugly head. Thks to @themadzapflasher Todd for gofer services :thumbsup:
