Yea I have a plastic waterproof Husky box with wheels from home depot as well. I use the for trips and stuff, it can survive driving in tropical storm lime conditions I would say without getting water inside

Ariens is the answer, but not the department store ones. Get one from a dealer. They're slightly more expensive but are built so much better.

My mom has one from probably 2009 with a Subaru engine that's been doing great. I've replaced the belts once, changed the oil each season, and replaced a bunch of sheer pins and it just keeps going. It replaced one from 1973 that blew up the Techumseh engine after 35 years.

I have one about the same age with a Briggs engine and it's also been a great machine.

I buy it for my lawn and snow stuff year round. That way I can leave gas in the lawn tractor all winter or the snow blower all summer without worrying about it. There's a station near me in VT that has 91 no ethanol for about the same price as 93 anywhere else.

I got mine from a dealer and they are definitely better than the Ariens from the box stores but they are not like the old school Ariens

You know.. could be hormonal. It should be brought up at her next physical. Had a buddy who pushed the wife into bringing it up. 1 prescription later & she was back in the race.

Could be she doesn't feel attractive since the birth. The I'm ugly down there now I don't want him to see.
Elvis wouldn't touch Pricilla after their daughter was born - mind F**ked by it. Maybe she is too?

Could just be she's freekin exhausted. Maybe you can pickup some tasks she hates? Maybe she hates her job & it's killing her soul? Maybe (LOL) you hate your job & it's killing your soul & she isn't attracted to the job angry you?

You gotta take the long term view either way. Don't get to 50 year anniversary by being dependable & there. Gotta keep the partner "Alive".

See why counseling takes forever, but works. :)

Don't know if it's science or old husbands tale, but I was taught to leave the battery connected to reduce corrosion growth at electrical connections on the sleeping garage queens.

I just bought a rim/tire at the junkyard for the Prius (which had a donut). D-oh! hole isn't deep enough for the full size. Oh well. Try a junkyard.

edit - only 33 more pages to catch up, but so much laughter in the last 20+ pages.

That’s exactly what happened with mine. My cousin gave it to me, it was almost 20 years old at that time and he had bought a brand new one. The old MTD has been awesome, I put new sliders on it and replaced the belts 2 years ago (metal slides were worn right out, that should tell you how much use it’s seen). It starts first or second pull every time. His new one is a POS. It goes to the repair shop at least once every season.
