I just turned 52 and I've got a rib on my right side that has pop loose and floating around in there and I'm hobbling around like I'm 90. Getting old sucks

 

That sounds like it really hurts! How do you pop a rib loose?

 

Didn't know I did. It just kept on getting worse. Finally went urgent care yesterday. I thought it might have a bad kidney but the Dr . Said pop my twelfth rib loose from my spine or something to that effect
