    So did you get it apart or not? If not, just put everything back together. You don't need a new clutch to ride LBL, unless it slips so bad you can't get out of a gear.

    Stop at the parts store and get an EZ out set. Soak in penetrating oil overnight, drill a hole in the broken bolt, take a torch to the area around the bolt, insert the extract tool.

    That's good to know because the winch works great and the price is half that of a comparable Warn. I've used my winch maybe 10 times in the past 5 years and it works perfect every time. Something more expensive makes no sense for me or for most people.

    Smittybilt's customer support was really good too. I don't have experience with other winch brands but Smitty sent me a new motor, remote, and cable with no hassle at all. (About the only thing on that winch that worked when I got it was the solenoid lol)
