Blowing thirds on these trucks is common too when big tires and torque are in the mix. Not sure it's EGGS specific or nitro, yukon, etc. Probably due to little 8" 3rd life.

Picked up couple things to play with,

 

I hope you don't plan on using that shackle up front... Not a very good pull point

 

Took some pretty heavy trail damage at the mall earlier

 

It's a BPF hd tow bracket (@Matt123) rated for 8.2k lbs. https://www.bpfabricating.com/products/tacoma-recovery-tow-hook

Compared to the stock bracket it'll do fine in a pinch.
