In virginia, no front plate is a secondary offense, I think. Meaning you cant get pulled over for just no front plate. It would have to be something else that you did, and then they can add it onto the ticket.

I cant find anything that supports this though.

 

That's because If you live in VA, your vehicle must have license display plates on BOTH the front and back, while other vehicles such as motorcycles, trailer and tractor truck, only need a rear plate....If it is on the dash it is not attached to the car or truck... SS 46.2-715

I used to drive around with no front plate for a while then put it on my dash then put it back on haha. Never had any issues though...other than getting yelled at

Just putting a feeler out there for anyone interested. I will be selling my Demello bumper with lights included in the next month or two for $800. It's powdercoated, and I'd give it a 8/10 condition, with a couple minor rust spots around the fog lights.

 

it's not. they can pull you just for that (speaking from personal experience)

I just think Nova Cops dont care so much about it so maybe it's an unwritten secondary offense. but down in the 757, you'll get pulled over QUICKLY for no front plate

I'm glad WV doesnt require a front plate! I've always hated running a front plate

 

Finally back from a good trail ride and even better camping! Still cleaning the truck out. Found some sweet spots after you boys left we went and explored several spots @EatSleepTacos recommnded and he was right. 84 was nice but we chose spot 82 right on the river. I will Post some pics when i get A chance. Definitely need to expire that place more. thanks for the link up @fatfurious2

FCPD pulled and ticketed me several years ago for having my plate in the windshield. That was my only offense. So i guess if they are in a bad mood, they can. It was just a fix it ticket, no points.
