Any options for keeping my TRD PRO IFS and adding mid & t-case skid?
Most skids I see are only compatible with offerings from the same brand.
Or am I better off selling my TRD PRO IFS and buying a whole new set of skids?
One consideration to keep in mind is that I’m shopping a front bumper (Streamline by SOS Concepts or LoPro by C4 Fab) I also like full front bumpers (T3 by CBI Off-road or Overland Front by C4 Fab) but I’m not sure if a full front overkill.

Demello is having a first run/first batch pre-order sale on their new aluminum overland series bumper. They are a couple hundred dollars more than most companies but they are pretty well known brand (YouTube icon demello, icon had their bumper for a promo ad, also the movie black panther had their bumpers on the 4 runner with hoops).

Not 100% positive, but the RCI skids I have seem like they would work with the stock Pro skid. They’re SUPER nice craftsmanship too.

They sell fast thats for sure. Whatever you go with ensure they have the oil drain cutout.

Looks like a great setup and I get to build on to the stock IFS. Pelfreybilt isn’t too far from me if local pickup is an option. Pricey though. I’ll need to cross check the total cost to ship a full set from other spots. And I’m not sure if they exist but I assumed there would be a set of skids out there that attach to existing bolt holes in the frame. At least this set only requires a total of 2 holes drilled.

How many holes will I need to drill to install a full set of your skids?
Total cost for aluminum set? Shipping to Los Angeles?
I had my eye on your sale and it’s very tempting, you guys have great looking stuff and a strong following.

Call RCI about fit with stock skid. Zero holes to drill.

Thank you sir. The only drilling yoy have to do is on the tcase skid to frame. There are 4 to drill, but 2 is adequate for light use. Will pm pricing info

Anybody have a RCI or Mobtown IFS skid with the SOS Streamline front bumper?I’m looking for skids that don’t require drilling the frame and that work with this bumper. Need to confirm compatibility before ordering. SOS skids require 2-4 holes drilled in frame so that’s not an option now. Only skids I can find with direct bolt option and no drilling at RCI and Mobtown.
