    If you found Tree House in a store, you would have had the motherload. I did have Julius and Very Green at a bottle share yesterday, and they were absolutely wonderful.

    Surprisingly no. The smoke comes through more to the nose than the taste. Was a little hesitant at first as I’m not a big fan of smoked Scotch. A good Marzen.

    Nah. I like to keep it low key. Haven’t had oxidation issues so far.

    I still use a plastic bucket and I BIAB!

    Although my next big purchase will be a SS Bucket. I’ve been eyeballing them since they came out.
