Went out there to measure after coming home from the alignment and it started raining the second I pulled the tape measurer out so this was a bit rushed...

    22.75" (taken from LF)
    24.5" (taken from LR)

I'll give it another go and check all four and update this post.

    Here are the alignment results:

    UPDATE 2018/02/26:

After a few days, some light off-roading and ~500 miles here are the numbers:

    Front Left - 23"
    Front Right - 23 1/8"
    Rear Left - 24 7/8"
    Rear Right - 24 7/8"

I think the fuel gauge says a bit less than 3/4 of a tank at the time of measurements and no load in the bed.

    Pic at update:

    Since I didn't take pre-install measurements, I'm using @NMTrailRider's pre-lift measurements as reference...

so looks like I'm effectively gaining ~ 2 13/16" of lift up front with the TRD setup + 1/4" spacers and ~ 2 3/4" in the rear with the Wheeler's progressive 3 leaf + OL and left with a rake of ~ 1 3/4".

Did they try to get in spec, around 1.5 for caster ?
with stock wheels and tires you might be ok for no rub but if someone has aftermarket wheels and bigger tires you are going to want caster around 2.
It looks like they didn't put a lot of effort into getting you some caster.

So I have a question. I bought the TRD Pro suspension kit for my 2015 DCSB 4x4 TRD Off Road. I also picked up the Wheelers Offroad 3-AAL progressive rate helper springs, 1/4" aluminum spacers (unsure if I'll use them) and the 3 degree axle shim (unsure if I'll use them). I also had bought a set of Sumo Springs for my 2016 TRD Off Road when I owned it, but never installed them. I'm thinking about installing without the front spacers, and the 3-AAL without the overload in. Is there any harm in installing the Sumo Springs, other than reducing articulation? My guess is they would sit quite a ways away from the frame with the AAL installed. I don't plan to do any heavy off-roading, though I will be towing up to 4k pounds with the truck. I don't want to lift the truck so much that I start getting vibrations. That's exactly why I sold my stock 16, well and that I couldn't stand that crappy transmission.

Good to know, thanks! I'll follow up with them later in the week to see if they can do better. I'm on stock wheels with 265/75-16 tires and no intentions on going any bigger, but still bigger than the stock 265/70's.

It will ride a lot nicer even with stock wheels and tires with +2 caster. 0 caster I find the truck pulls and wanders like it has a mind of its own.

You need to respond to the message saying you want to buy them, he will then give you instructions on how to pay.

I have a 2013 that I put the Icon mini leaf pack AAL with no overload, no vibrations from that install.
I didn't do the shim or carrier bearing drop.
Now that I have said that tomorrow things will probably go in the crapper.
The Sumo's will be out of the way until you need them. Might as well do them while your under there.

Is anyone using the 2+1 rear leaf pack? My 2013 has them, and I could not get them replaced in my area on a service bulletin. Just curious your experience if you did the AAL with the 2+1. I plan to add the AAL and probably keep the the overload unless I can find a 3+1 set in my areas for cheap.

I ordered from McGeorge in VA on Saturday. They confirmed my order on the phone this morning. They told me they only found 1 available from Cincinnati. Not sure how far his search extended. They were prompt, and real nice. I tried to order from the East Coast to take advantage of the time difference this morning when things opened and the reduced shipping. It was $582 + $38 S&H.

WOOT! What are the chances. I called a dealership near me here in Seattle and they had one set sitting in the back of the warehouse. They price matched OEMPARTS, so after taxes everything was 612 bucks. I really had no intentions getting a suspension set for my truck since it only has 50k miles on it and I don't mind the feel of the TRD Sport bilsteins, but for the price, Im glad I bought these.

When you need to take your truck on long journeys, in remote areas, MPG becomes very important. The “if I cared about MPG I’d buy a Prius” excludes people like myself, “using their truck as a truck” in areas with no gas station. I’m ok with a couple of Jerry cans, but don’t really want to fill the bed with a fuel bladder.
