Today I also got that Dewalt tool box to go under my dog platform. I use it to store the little recovery gears I have

Today I started working on the bent lower control arm I have on my ATV with my father. He used to be a bodyman and has a lot of tool to put a car straight again, so why not an atv? We took a few parts apart, but noticed that when my wheel hit that tree, it bent the LCA, and the LCA put a nice dent in the frame,

causing a crack also:annoyed: this is not an impossible job to do but it takes it to another level lol i'll call my insurace this week to see if i am covered for this accident, if so, I'll have a repaired frame and all the broken plastic replaced, which is cool.

I also talked with friends who said that insurance might scrap it if there is too much damages for the atv worth... I was thinking of selling it... so... this afternoon I took off my skids, winch, ligtbar and cargo box in case insurance want to keep it. Those parts can be used somewhere else or sold. I am not too excited to have it scrapped, but if I am to sell it, there is no real difference for me... I honestly didn't knew there was that much damages... and makes me think that people who where saying Can am's frames are weak are right... dammit!

Yep it sucks! An estimator is supposed to call me to fix an appointment so he can evaluate the damgages. I coulda have fixed it myself but that dent is kinda bad... and if I am to sell it after I rather have pros doing it than saying ahh yess by the way I fell off the track, hit a tree but everything's alright, I hammered the shit out of the dent and welded it:rofl:
i guess so lol but the major thing was tires... and not well maintained ice studs:anonymous:

Right on! Haha I think my Suzuki LTZ400 was stronger than this Can am... but I guess weight plays big in the balamce, frame is not strong enough to handle the weight in a collision lol

My wiring diagram for when I will rewire
my lights like it should be on the truck. Also thinking of adding a 12V outlet in the bed, so I can put an inverter on it and charge batteries on the jobsite. Still thinking about it lol

I think you should! It’d be easy, and you may find other uses for the 12v back there. I want to run one back to mine, so I can power a fridge.
