Wow, that's too cool!

 

Starting to photograph my personal collection so I can submit it to my insurance provider and for personal interest. Have already filled in a few holes in the wiki with pictures that they didn’t have.

Here are my “Updront 924” cars. I don’t have all of them but i like the ones I do. One things these pictures show is that I need to get my light box back together so I can get rid of glare and shadows.

 

I have a very big hot wheels collection that are all vw bugs. some are matchbox and johnny lightning but mostly hot wheels. to many to post but I can post a few pics. I'm now starting to buy custom vw bugs.

That’s awesome! I only collect Porsche cars but have a bunch of other stuff that came in as part of a multi car deal. I used to collect card variations as well but I’m over it, now I just go for the cars and their variations and bust them loose to add to my collection.

If you want, I’ll get all of my trade stock pictures sorted and then share the Dropbox link where I keep them.

 

yeah I will admit I own a few others that are not vws. the guy I bought a lot of my customs from makes a lot of different custom cars. some made of 3 to 4 cars to make 1 and I cant help it I have to have it. you should post a few on here now and then for others to see.

Is that a Hot Wheels car? If so, do you want to trade for it?

I’m getting some trades together with a couple guys I met on a hot wheels collector group that should get me sorted on the Porsche cars from the last five years or so. Still leaves allot of holes to fill but it’s a great start. I scored the two Forza Moto sports series cars I was after, the Porsche 356 Speedster.

And the 911 GT3 RS.



And also this mainline car.

 

This one was made from a few cars. I love how he cut the body to fit the pipes and motor

 

Won't say that I'm a collector. I have a few, some from childhood. I'll pick up one every now and then.

 

G.T you can have that Porsche. its not that old and does come in a few harder to find colors

 

I’m still searching for the P917 remakes that were done as well as original Spectraflame castings from the 70’s. Here are the ones I have. Notice that there are three greenish cars. There are two labeled colors there and yet two of them which are the same color, look different. That’s because they came from different factories and something caused some of the paint colors to be slightly different. These are the ones I’m always excited to see as they’ve proven to be the hardest to find at a reasonable price. You’ll also see two of the orange cars. The first one with some play damage has a metal base and the second has a plastic base.
