    If they ever find a cure I'm gonna be like a teenage girl going through a brake up I will just binge on ice cream for days and candy and starbursts and Skittles and carmello bars and rollos......damnit I miss the good old days before I was diagnosed although I was 18 or 19 when I was diagnosed. Just stopped tonight for more insulin. Last trip to Rausch I had my novolog pen bust in my pocket. That sucked.

    I'm supposed to take it every time is eat and at bed. So typically 4 shots a day. I don't mind the pens my mom had a pump for years and it looked like a hassle. Although the new ones are supposed to be nice

    My little cousin has a pump that takes her blood sugar so no finger pricks. It constantly monitors so it gives more when she needs it. Plus her parents can monitor her blood sugar via cell phone which is cool. There is a lot more to it but the technology nowadays for diabetes is amazing. Take care of yourself!
