If I'm not mistaken going by the pics in the link they look like they Are cowl mount. If they were hood mount wouldntvthey move w/ hood?

 

Word of advice, have someone help you reinstall the cowl.

110% cowl mounts lol trust me, I had to do it alone and didn't realize the magnitude of reinstalling the cowl buy myself. It's a very precise fit.

who knew buying an exhaust system could be so stressful lol I want it to sound good but I do not want any annoying drone. ive seen a few people say that with long tube headers + URD Y pipe + TRD exhaust it gets really raspy. I don't have headers but just figured I would let u know since u said u r putting headers on, tho u have the stock y pipe which might help with the raspyness

 

I only drive it to tow or go wheeling so I don’t care about drone hehe

 

I remember seeing that vid in ur build thread and helped lean me towards the TRD, I have heard good things about it that's for sure

 

most the time when I drive it, I'm usually heading on a good 1/2 hour to hour and a half drive so the drone would get annoying hahaha

 

Yeah I could see that. I like the Trd by itself but wish it was a bit louder sometimes. Because I have a Napoleon complex...

 

I'm going to stop looking around lol I'm getting all cornfused hahaha I settled on the TRD a while back when I was looking into exhaust and I'm sure it was for a reason.

 

I have the cherry bomb vortex which is the quietest cherry bomb but I still get the drone at high RPM on the high way (why I'm trying to get a lighter bumper) I also may be looking into the headers

I have the TRD also. I like it. Nothing else, just the catback. I paid $50 for mine though

that's the thing about the internet, too many people with different opinions haha u start reading one thread, and u go from wanting it, to not sure, to wanting it again, then its all messed up hahaha
