Higher spring rate on the Baja kit, and the Baja front coils aren't assembled

With the TRD PRO kit, will I lose height? I’ll measure the spacer after while. Do these spacers have a part number on them? Bought the truck new with this lift on it, but the window sticker does not show the Toytec part numbers for the lift.

Yeah you will lose about a 1" in height, but will have a Lot smoother ride. Not sure about the part #'s

Baja is tuned for speed performance, stiffer springs 650lbs vs 600lbs Pros, and Baja has firmer shocks. The Pro is softer setup better tuned for lower speed off road. The Pro shocks are coated to prevent corrosion whereas the Baja is raw aluminum. Pro struts come assembled, Baja struts require assembly.

Baja kit part number is: PTR13-35120

If your truck is level, and doesn't have any rear lift, you likely have the 2" spacer. So you'd lose 0.25" in lift and gain a significant suspension upgrade that rides and performs way better.

Which years? Was the Baja offered? I think 2012-2014. It proceeded the Pro, similar concept with same lift height, same shock bodies, tuned differently, same TRD exhaust but lacked the cosmetic changes the Pro had other than having a massive Baja decal on the side. Built in far lower numbers.

I put the Baja setup on my truck:

It has an AAL. Guessing it is also Toytec. Here it is new, 10 miles on it:

I guess I should be changing other components as well like bump stops?

3 leaf AAL or single leaf? If that has an AAL in the rear then it is a 2.5-3" spacer up front. You can measure the spacer to see. I think every 0.5" of spacer gives 1" of lift, so a 1" spacer gives 2" lift.

The kit should come with everything you need to change to have it just like the OEM setup. I don't think the Pro kit actually comes with the extended travel (shorter) bump stops like the Baja does, or so I've heard. I've not purchased the Pro kit separately. Baja is designed for high speed desert where the extended travel would be more necessary compared to the Pro.

If Toytec, then it is 1.5-2" rear lift.

Any thoughts on the Toytec Boss leaf pack paired with these?

I have a lead on a used pair.

Looks like they are supposed to give 2" of lift... I'm a little leary of used leaf springs personally..

My Deaver single aal gave me a little over 1 inch of lift with the truck on the ground and a full loaded tool box, which will be perfect with this kit.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I also will feel bad putting them on my truck, salt ruins everything... Going to try to combat corrosion with Fluid Film.

Ordered mine Monday from OEM Part World. I have been in contact with them and they said mine should ship today. Do these come with mounting hardware for the remote reservoirs?
