Skye (a.k.a. Kitty Asshole)...when she was younger (8 months old):

Born hunter. She's an indoor cat so we have towers, toys, etc. galore to keep her happy. And she is very spoiled. I moved a bird feeder to in front of her favorite sunny window and she loves it. She squeaks and chitters at the birds all day during the spring/summer/fall. She particularly likes doves and doesn't seem to pay any attention to cardinals. She must instinctually know doves are slow and stupid:

    Because cat:

She's quite a small cat (~8 lbs. totally healthy weight) but she has long legs with a very long grey tail with a white tip.

Don't let her fool you though. She's definitely an asshole. Glass of water unattended? Oh, I'll just knock that over for you. Pencil on the counter or even put away in a pencil mug? I'll just grab that and kick it around the hardwood at 3AM. I recently put a rack in my office to store/display my fishing poles. Her first action was to inspect and then sever the fishing line on half of them. She didn't want to play with the line...just wanted to break it.

She has to be the most ungraceful cat though. She'll go to jump on one of her towers and seem to just give up half way in and bonk her head on one of the platforms and roll over like "I meant to do that." Or she'll follow me into my office and run and jump onto my desk and just slide right off the other side. She'll play with a toy for five minutes and it won't move an inch. She'll just dance around it like it's going to get her and act a fool without ever touching it. Most quirky cat I've ever had/known.

She's definitely my wife's cat unless my wife isn't home in which case my lap will "do."

Your wording for the noises Skye makes matches perfectly when Buddy used to pretend to get in a hunting stance while tracking his prey on a windowsill behind a screen window. Skye looks too adorable to be a troublemaker, but looks in the cat world can be deceiving.

My mom found this turd (aka Tango) while letting the dogs out one night. Someone pulled up to the stop sign and dumped him out. He’s been here ever since.

I read this to my wife last night and she said "OH HELL NO! We are not doing that" :hiding: :giggle:

My wife said that she needs to take Abigail to the vet for her scheduled blood work soon so she will talk to the vet again about the issues we are having with her.

Glad he's doing well! Keep us updated.

We bought higher side litter boxes with the front being lower so she could enter/exit easier (not that she has problems getting in and out).

We have tried that. Low front/rear but high sides so she can't piss over it.. It has worked but she still uses the pee-pads :/ She seems to get in and out of them fine.

Last night - 1 pee on pee-pad and 1 poop sorta in the box lol Also my wife was getting ready for work this morning and saw Abigail peeing in the litter box... I don't understand. She can go in it sometimes but chooses not to?

Some pictures of Abigail to make this post more happy :)

    Got thumbs? :giggle:

Cats are great heat seekers, you just getting up from that warm spot was a classic Buddy move. I swear the military studied cat senses when they designed the heat-seeking missile technology. :)

Lol! My newly wed wife came with one.
While I am not necessarily a 'cat person' - I like this one.

    Cute!
Hers is a black tabby, pretty neat. He is seen as a solid black cat...but his undercoat is white as snow.
