Nice job! Your cover should have come with two different size (thickness and width) gaskets. I had two, and one was wider and thinner, and the other was narrower and thicker. The supplemental instructions said to use the wider and thinner version.

Here's a picture of the gasket I didn't use. I oversaturate the picture to show the cross section better.

    20171104_105331.jpg

Here's a picture of how the wider, thinner seal still made the front of the tonneau ride up a little.

    20171104_105157.jpg

I cut the gasket so that it extends all the way to the outer most edge of the cover that sits on the plastic bed sides. It's just squished. The "ramp" effect of the rubber trim on the cover is actually correct. It looks like it could go forward some but in fact, I could readjust the cover and pull it back closer to the tailgate about 1/4" (max). I also bought a generic tailgate seal that I will install some day (LOL) but as it stands now, even going through the touchless car wash or using my pressure washer I get such a minimal (less than a quarter cup?) amount of water back there I don't sweat it. Having the bed mat aids too in keeping whatever I have in the bed dry just from being raised that little bit above the ridges in the bottom of the bed.

I've had 4" of wet snow on the cover and it wasn't sagging at all. I wonder if they reduced the amount of material in the X4? Mine is rated for 400 lbs. I feel confident it will hold that and then some. Of course those rating are "distributed" loads. I am constantly putting cases of beer on mine until I can get the tail gate open. LOL

I didn't want a cap on this truck and for the money I feel this was the next best alternative.

In service LOL on a trash dump run day.

Nope! No trimming at all, not even close to rubbing on anything. Fit perfectly probably and inch of clearance from rubbing anywhere. Wheels are a 0 mm offset.

    Same question.
Does it bolt to preexisting holes or is drilling required?
    I like it!

Streamline from SOS. Bolts on but there is some small cutting required on bottom piece.

So I have a buddy that is running my exact tire with a -12 mm offset. No rubbing or trimming. You should be good, especially with a more positive offset than him.
