    Yes 3047300, 3043300, 30A6300
3045200 is in but not reading so I will check status on that.

I don't know yet on 3047300, I may end up needing a ecu with this on it

Yes, one would definitely want an ECA or flex fuel sensor running properly for e85. Well, if this truck is your daily... You would need much larger injectors than the TRD 455s. Second, You would need to be tuned on those larger injectors with pump gas first for a base map. Then tune for e85. The question is what max size injector can @OVTune tune for with the stock ecu?

Makes me wonder what reason OVTune has not yet stated the max capable size of injector that the OEM ECU can run? Maybe he has not performed the calculation to know yet? The answer has been asked many a time.

Yes, I already have an E85 rated pump, so a sensor and bigger injectors.

As for the talk on max size, there isn't one. There is a max size you can enter in the ECU, but that shouldn't even matter. The ECU doesn't need to know how big the injector is, just how long to turn it on when it needs to. Assuming the impedance is the same the truck will never know the difference, it's all a matter of reducing the fuel values to compensate for the increased fuel flow.

The size is needed. Just need to know where the 455 s/c injector falls on that 0-255 scale.

Also, being able to plot the injector dead times is a necessity.

I do not yet know the limit, because there are 3 ways to add or remove fuel, so the "window" of available possible fuel is huge.

There is the injector sizing (base) + Fueling multiplier ( baseline 1.0, can be as low as 0.1 or as high as 2.0) then enrichment factor 0-255 ( 0% to 255%)

So the amount of possible fuel that can be added is huge. You can take a very large injector then edit the multiplication tables to set low, and increase as needed, then enrichment factor for more, or less.

tuning for E85 and large injectors should not be a problem. I'd say 700, 800cc injectors no problem. above 1000cc there can be issues with min PW and idle

Will the software/hardware be available for users to tune their own vehicles? I'd very much like to be able to have the ability to read/edit/write my own ROM file.

I sure miss the OpenECU of my Evo VIII/IX days..

yes. I am working on a new full editor. Once that is done it will be the current tuner pro / ecuedit is not good for long term.

You F/I guy's make me jealous. Doesn't seem too crazy of a feat to make almost double hp but that 5-6k for the set up even before possible installation labor is a hard pill to swallow. Is it possible to make 300rwhp w/o forced induction that won't drastically reduce engine life?

N/A to the Max, and your engine will be right under that.

It's cheaper if you dont pay someone to install it, but yeah, you gotta pay to play. A 300hp NA build would probably be near 5 grand anyway.

I imagine CAI, fuel pump, bigger injectors, free-er flowing exhaust, cam gearings?, 93 octane, and most importantly a good tune and wizardry could make that.

Yeah once you round that 4-5 grand number in goodies you might as well saved for a F/I set up.......or maybe..... LSX swap it is!:rofl::burnrubber:

I did most of that, and I can tell you that the truck was fcukin’ quick for an N/A truck, but nowhere near 300WHP.

You’re talking and easy $4000 worth of work to hit that- internals upgrades-, most likely over $5000, and the power will only be peak, not a nice flat torque curve, and linear HP climb.

Go F/I if you’re wanting 300WHP. EASILY doable with URD’s supercharger setup. Shit, probably be scratching 400WHP or more.

Probably going to save for f/I soon then. Makes me wish that the tundra 5.7's were easily swappable. I'd bet a lot of people on here would of been all over that. S10 v8 swaps are still the king of cheap speed and fun. Still love my 4.0 though!

Looking to purchase a handheld. Does anyone know if 304A4000 calibration file is working?

Truck is a 2015 X-runner but ECU Calibration comes back as a 2015 Prerunner
