everything bolts right in. the draw for me was the ability to change based on load. i tried it in the mid setting but have a lot of weight in the back and went up to the heavy load.

    no complaints.

I have a shell with Prinsu Toprac but not much else most the time. I have a hitch mount bike rack with 2-4 bikes on often in warmer months. The occasional family trip with the bed/shell loaded up plus bikes and skis. No towing plans near term. I’m putting a 1.5-2” lift on and only looking for 1.5-2 out of the leaf pack guessing option 2 will be good for me. So the leafs come with bushings installed, correct?

I’m thinking I’ve found my leaf pack and justified the extra $150 over the alternatives. Just need to make sure I’ve got what I need and don’t need to buy any other parts. Did you run the carrier bearing shims with your lift? Diff drop? Angled leaf shims (2-3 deg)? ECGS bushing replacement?

Nearly 1 month after install, rear lift is @ 2 1/8" (driver) and 2 3/4" (passenger). Just for reference, before Center of Hub to fender, 20.75" & 21". Also need to mention, I have a factory Tonneau cover. Need to back off some preload front passenger coilover some, I have about 3/8" of Taco Lean up front. Perhaps that will help the back some out as well.

That almost makes me want to do config 2 on the drives side and config 1 on passenger to help keep it level.

My RXT’s ended up pretty darn even side to side on option 2. Adjusting the front coilover side to side lean definitely affected the back. I carry no weight at the moment and sit right about at 2 1/8 lift. The ride is a little stiff but I like the extra height and have a pop-up that I tow for family camping. What I do really like is that the common factory downshifting “clunk” when coming to a stop seems to have gone away after installing these.

One error I made was on the spring clips. Careful on the gas tank side to place the clip bolts facing out. They start digging into the tank plastic when they’re somewhat compressed.

Also as far as squeaks, I had a faint creak for an evening that thankfully went away by the next day. Nothing since. I installed them about 3 months ago.

Two things; what size tires and what’s the lift height in the front?

Are you guys installing any extended brake line(s) for these when you get them on? I'm ordering BAMF towers and some AccuTune 12x2.5s to go with them for my 2014

They are 285/70r17 BFG KO2 in the new "C" load rating (available since November in that size). The lift is 2 1/4 " in the front from the Icon Ext Travel 2.5 coilover (the back was spot on 2 1/8" as per the Icon specs for leaf option #2). There is still quite a bit of extra height possible to get out of the front coilover but I didn't want a level look and wanted to keep the CV angles closer to stock. I didn't do a cab mount chop and have not rubbed the tire on metal yet. The wheel offset/backspace seems to work really well but I do occasionally rub on a little plastic part of the fender liner with the wheels turned hitting a bump.

Regarding brake lines, I called and asked Icon. They said to leave the stock. I might add slightly longer lines in the back eventually just to be safe. So far no issues.

Just had my rxt leaf packs delivered today, they definitely come with bushings installed and also include u bolts. Now just debating whether to try configuration 1 or 2 first. I drive around most of the time with bed pretty empty but usually have bike rack with 2 bikes on hitch, as well as recover gear under back seats and BAMF sliders. I have dakars on it now and they are too stiff, leaning towards configuration 2. Don’t want too much sag when loaded with camping gear either.

Update: I just installed the new springs in place of my dakars today. In configuration #2 they feel a bit softer than the dakars and definitely ride nicer. I'm still running OME shocks front and rear with 888 coils and even with my winch up front the front still feels a little stiff. Excited for how these springs feel once I upgrade shocks and coilovers.

These give more lift and more travel, so i'd guess you'd need extended, ya. Or you'd want to install extended, otherwise you won't be using the full travel and using shocks as limit straps. They go inverted almost instantly, so the more you can use the droop, the better, by getting some extended shock mounts.

Thank you for the response. On DSMs website, is that the same as the King 2.5s made for the Dakars?

I can't tell you, I'm not familiar with their stuff. I got my FOX stuff from AccuTune and couldn't be happier. Their tunes and the DSC adjusters are a great combo for street, offroading and loaded/unloaded bombing down desert roads.

I don't see anything listing use for Dakar packs, but I see a "Lifted option" for like $1100?
    https://downsouthmotorsports.com/i-...ma-2wd-pre-runner-4wd-rear-kit-25001-121.html

Accutune doesn't show an extended travel option on the kings, but I'm sure they can get it. The factory mount equivalent of my FOX 2.5s with DSC adjusters from them are like $1250-1290 with legit custom tuning included.
