This was the wrong weekend to do it. I work tomorrow, have a family thing Friday and work Saturday and Sunday. I can bring you tools in the morning, but that is about it. Next weekend, could help.

 

Man I really wish my body would cooperate with me... the shitty weather making me feel shitty, apparently I'm super sensitive to Ibuprofen, and now I'm having very VERY bad signs indicating a serious lupus flare. Like fevers cresting 104 and chest pains.
(Don't worry on the chest pains, I already know what this is, it's Pericarditis / Pleurisy, TL;DR your gut-sacks get arthritic and your world is pain if you lean forward, or crouch, or lay down, or take a deep breath)

I guess I gotta get in to my Rheumatologist ASAP. And to think in December I technically qualified as "in remission"...

Don't love the wheel color but 'stangs are quite fun. I had a bog standard 1965 coupe back in the day and my dad has a 2011 Shelby GT500.

I'd like to have another one someday, but I think there are other cars above it on my bucket list.

 

Now you speaka my language. I'm that dude who agonizes over wheel weights, as some people may have attested based on my bitching about considering going up to 33's...


Funny enough even when wheels and tires are micro sized there isn't much weight savings after a point:

15" Wheels= 10.6 Pounds
205/50R15 Dunlops = 19 Pounds

Granted I've beefed up my tires from 185 to 205 but I saved about 2-3 pounds on the wheel and ate most of it right back up with thicker rubber.

Oh, and those lug nuts that are specifically made to weigh 24 grams a piece that I may have paid almost $80 for a set.

And the brake calipers which represent 4 pounds per corner saved...

 

Anyone have spare fender clips? Blue and orange?

 

Very nice. Not usually a fan of bright colored wheels but those work with the silver.
