...... mornin. Starting at 5 this week when I've started at 7 for the last several months is kickin my butt. So hard for me to goto bed at 8:00PM.

 

I've been doing that time of the morning for so long now, even when I'm not working, staying up til 9pm is super late Makes me feel even older!

 

Yeah normally 10 is my cut off since I get up at 5:00 but now getting up at 3:00 and not being able to fall asleep until 9ish every night is what's making me hurt. All good though, my body will adjust soon enough.

 

I’m up 430am on the days I work head straight to the gym an black coffee on the way in bed at 9 usually you get used to it. Plus nap at work usually first hour or so.

 

Yeahhhh.. the napping here doesn't usually work. I snore too loud to nap in the office!
