Okay - that's a pretty clear sign the Mrs. Cativelense is flat exhausted in her life. She's going to tell the girls at work that after working all day with a room full of kids she had to clean the house, make dinner, do laundry & passed out while you were off having fun with the boys (with your junk hanging out no less). See, this is why she's cut you off my man. That woman needs a whole lot of sweet nothings with no attempts to get in her pants. You gotta thaw that ice block she's building.

And I do a shitload of stuff at home. Not bragging or anything, but I do. I wash the dishes, I do the laundry, I clean the kitchen, I vacuum, I set the table for dinner before I leave the house in the morning so we're not rushing when we get home from work so we can actually spend time with the kids after dinner... I'd like to think I do a lot to help. And me playing soccer is something we agreed upon, knowing very well what the days and times are/would be, so she can't complain about that.

And good one about the AAL, and the pothole! But truth be told, the roads are shit around us. I'm sure you've noticed it.

 

You honestly need to just workout harder/more often... if you can match the intensity you play at 3x a week either in the gym or more games you wouldn’t get sore anymore

 

On my F250 w/ 3 panel rear window - I put a screen over the open center. Kept all the crap out of the cab. Used one of those baby shade side-window screens.

P90

Yeah... When I was on my weight loss kick, I was doing P90X cardio every night. After that, I kept doing it, but then vacation came, kids got a bit older and needed more attention, started getting sick here and there, and totally fell off the wagon. It did make a difference though when I played. I could tell. I felt lighter, better, and more athletic. I have to get back on that.

Work is kinda crazy right now... between emails with questions, and then keeping up with TW I haven't had a sec to do it. Hopefully will get to it before lunch, so stay tuned.

 

Don’t forget weights they do have a place in a balanced workout plan... do crossfit #cultlife also your wife might see you working out with hot bitches in sports bras and that might make her a lil jealous and have to show you why you fell in love with da puddy

Yea I need to get back into the cult. Normal gym is just so boring. But my summer routine of going on the boat and sailing around for 4 hours a Day is around the corner
