2nd gen 05-11 and you’ve got my money, to my knowledge there are very few (probably none) that have a led strip DTRL’s and quality led lights that are built specifically for the size of the light.

 

Interested to see what you make! We need more options for 3rd gens besides whats currently available.

Would have to see a rendering of what's in store for the 3rd gen. Good light output without being gaudy. More than just one option would be nice.

I'm surprised that TRS hasn't made 7x6 and 7" round buckets for the DIYer. Pre-drilled for the projectors they sell. Seems like a lost opportunity.

 

We already have a few solid 7" options. Anyone who wants to do a retrofit will manage as-is like they have for 12 years now.
