Yea I got a ticket for going back in that same exact place.

Saw this vid and wanted to check it out. It had just rained and I got stuck - the grass turned really soft and I just sunk and framed out.

Sheriffs showed up on dirtbikes and wrote me a ticket - then told me to either use the tow service that was up there or face like a $800 ticket for destruction of property.

Tow guys got stuck on the way out too...

Yea next set is gonna be MT's simply because I'm sick of getting stuck. I like the way the Nitto's handle on the dirt though.

Still would've got stuck though. Some guy on a horse came by and his horse just sank in the mud. The tow truck was an F350 on 37'' MT's and he got stuck as well.

I'm thinking I should just carry around a fuckin' 5.5 foot tall telephone pull and a post hole digger...at least I'll have something to winch off of then.

Sheriffs told me the land owner was complaining so that's why they're up there. Some other fuck-nuts was up in one of the canyons tearing up people's yards, so he probably attracted the initial attention of law enforcement.

I told him it wasn't signed or fenced... He said I was right in regards to CA penal code, but LA County has it's own law which states you must have written permission of the property owner. The only places that isn't enforced is where the county doesn't know who owns the property (like Deer Creek off PCH).

 

They just dont like having fun... the people who have nothing other to do and live in the valleys and mountains where the sick shit is. have the best ... places to offroad. (not all of them) but yeah... there just party poopers

Well I don't blame them, but ya gotta fence it or sign it if you want people to know you don't want people on there (or even that the land is owned)

I had a private MX track in my backyard for a while and we had problems with people trying to get on it. It was partially fenced, but it was too much land for us to entirely fence so the rest was signed every 100 feet with a no trespassing sign.

 

yeah. Or i would just put camera's and when u see them call everyone on tacoma world to mob threw HAHAHA that would scare them shit less then we can have a talk with them haha. estimating 200 toyota tacomas coming out of random. i would shit my self
