Was a great day to day first time in a while, got my first of second bonus from last job I did back in corpus

I get my “bonuses” in a different way now.
Walked away from a sewer clog yesterday because it was lunchtime.
And then left it again because it was time to go home

Doing another remodel at my moms. Got a question on range hood duct.
I was thinking on keeping duct square and then transition to the fkd up round size in attic to allow for more space in cabinets above stove.
Thoughts?

I think it’s odd ball 7”
If it’ll work several feet to stay rectangular from over range to into attic that’ll be cool

 

But only for a few hours then it's the weekend

You can run 7" all the way thru , I suggest double wall (flue pipe) cause of heat
