    Hello,

I haven't really found a straight answer on this yet. I have an ARB bumper and VR-10000s sitting in the garage waiting to be installed.

I currently have 887's with 5100's and will be replacing them with 886 and OME 9000's for the weight. As I understand it 5100's not recommended with the 886's.

I'm very pleased with the way the truck sits now and would like to keep it around the same height.

Would 886's alone be about right or would adding a 1/4 spacer on top of the 886's get it there or would that be problematic?

I did have an issue with a spacer for the taco lean w/ the 887's as the left CV axle would bind at full droop so I removed it(edit: the spacer not the axle :)). Would the 886's and 9000's let the axle cv droop too far with the addition of a 1/4 spacer?

I will not be adding a trim packer. Both sides will get same treatment.

Other pertinent info: Additional weight of sliders, Hidden front hitch(will be removed for bumper) and steel IFS skid already on truck. No Sway Bar. 09 DCSB

    Any help appreciated.

Are you installing the suspension yourself?

I'm leaning towards using 1/4 spacers. If you can, you might want to turn your front tires with the front end jacked-up at full droop to see if your CV axles are going to bind.

If you do this, Let us know how it came out please.

    That really looks great.

What do you have on the rear? Looks like it sits pretty level.

^ The ride is a fair amount stiffer than stock but I like it better rides more like a truck than a car now, the wife noticed the difference also. I think I will swap out the tires for 255/85/16 this week currently running 245's.
