In one of their videos they mentioned the notch in the bulb might portray a dim black spot where the fogs would flood. Is it noticeable?

Cell phone mount and the adapter for bigger water bottles were my first two purchases

Is this confirmed? You don't need to take the entire hood apart to install? That's one of the main reasons i was leaning towards the super nova

I just installed mine today. Just bent the tab on the driver's side towards the passenger side. Instant fit and no rotation. Just don't bend it too tight.

Really - wasn't aware of that? Anyone confirm that? I ordered the 2016 husky x-acts and my trucks not here yet. Don't want to have to return them.

It wasn’t hard at all. Just gotta get under the truck to zip tie the wire to existing wire runs. I went up under the passenger seat nipple/rubber grommet thing. Then to the power harness and soldered it in. I don’t crimp splice if I can solder. Then I never have to worry about it.

    Anyone know? 2016/2017 weathertechs/huskies work for 2018?

only reason i ask is because when my son bought his 2017 i asked about getting seat covers at the dealer and they said they don't sell them because it may affect the side air bags.. i was wondering if these were made to tear away incase of airbag deployment.. like to have them for my truck but not if its going to hurt air bag deployment.

That's cool - do they just basically have holes for the anchors? The x-act contour doesn't seem to be available for the 2018 and I have the older one. Wonder if I can just dremel out the holes myself.

EDIT: The x-act contours are available ( part 53751 for those looking ) so I'll either return or sell my front mats. The rears are fine.
