    Could be leaking from the roof jack that the exhaust is attached to, poor some water around it and see if it seeps through

    Still makes me mad that plumbers have to burn a Saturday in class each year. Electricians can renew online. I guess it’s the whole potable water to the public thing.

    Sewer machine is a good one,Spartan. I’ve had them in the past. It wasn’t maintained at all and it’s missing parts. Wouldn’t you know I found out the hard way Wednesday in pouring rain building backed up.
