It's been a while probably 8 months now. Pretty much the same story just kept bullshitting me and it gradually got harder and harder to get a hold of him. I'll definitely be calling to put in my 2 cents.

I'll definitely call to let them know its all a series of bullshit from him. Since he gave me the same bullshit excuses and only paid me back because I threatened legal action.

I am another sucker to add to the list. I ordered, OME 2.5" lift, racks and the ARB RTT. Paid a deposit of $3000 in January and he has stopped responding to me on facebook and his phone and business website are both down. Can you add me to the list of people that were ripped off. I just called Stayner OPP and they are going to call me back. Wouldn't a class action lawsuit make sense?

I appreciate everyone calling in and helping one another. We are all in this together and we don't know the outcome but at least if he's charged and prosecuted, we can somehow get revenge.

There is no guarantee any of us will see anything in the end. I'm 99.99% sure Nathan has no money to refund so the only option we might have a chance with is small claims court and even that gives no guarantee of anything. I'm waiting to hear back from OPP to know what is happening so far and what we can expect.
I am going ahead with my claim and will be filing for a judgement since I've come this far.

All you can do at this point, basically, is report your specific instance with all pertinant details, and transactions/follow-up/promises made on a timeline basis for the Police to investigate and base charges on. If they can prove by timeline that this is a case over and above simple bankruptcy - ie. Fraud or other charges have been allegedly committed .. then they may have the evidence to run with those charges to the Crown, that this individual may have committed.

Contact your financial institution to communicate the non-delivery of goods/suspicious commercial activity, and hope for the best. If you are time-expired on that - your last recourse is to take him to civil court and try to take him for pennies on the dollar, at this point. That is pretty much a 'get in line' kind of situation, in terms of expectation of compensation.

The money is likely long-gone - and it sounds like he's heading to either Mum's basement as his next place of address in bankruptcy, or perhaps to a provincial jail-cell for a period of time, if charges are laid and guilt is proven.

FWIW, and IMHO.. sorry for all of your collective losses.

Again, i dont have a dog in this fight, but damn...its like a train wreck.

Random thought here...back in the day *crowd groans* before this Al Gore fad, the only ways to do business on a small level outside your geographic area was COD, cheque or wire the money. They had a name for this if it was deemed fraud..."wire fraud". As I sorta recall (i don't know shit about shit) if wire fraud crossed a "boundry" that there was potentially a more sinister outcome than just financially punitive. Curious about Provincial boundaries, International Boundries...hell, state lines. Dunno

Good luck gents. Seems like quite a few of you here. There's plenty of support for ya from those that aren't as vocal

Holy shit. I can't believe how bad this is. I was skeptical about calling the OPP because he has reimbursed me a portion of the funds owed and offered other "pieces" in lew of funds. After catching up on about 20pgs of reading I think I'm going to make the phone call and add another piece of wood to the fire so the police have a better understanding as to whom their dealing with. I kinda always had a feeling he was a shady shizter but holy dang.

It's disheartening having his product on my truck, with the company etched into it and telling people who ask about it on the street the piece of shit he is. I'm hoping justice is served for everyone involved!

    Thanks @cramper.
I thought of that and how it would feel having his stuff on my truck after finding all this shit out. The roof rack is nice though and how can it not be, it's a Prinsu...Lol Don't mean to scare you but have you seen what he did to @CruiserCarter ? I hope he spent more time with yours and did it properly.

You should add your story to the OPP file if you can. We aren't trying to witch hunt the guy but telling it how it is and what he's done. He deserves everything he gets in the end.

Spoke to Constable Kilanski and was hoping for some info as to what is happening so far and this was her reply,

"The investigation is still ongoing and information is still being gathered on a daily basis but is still in its beginning stages. However as I have been notified about this online chat forum on Tacoma World regarding Nathan and his company I cannot provide any details about the investigation at this time so the information does not become compromised. If anything important comes to light , yourself and the other complainants will be notified.

I redid the wind screen so his logo would be gone (plus he used 1/4 aluminum plate and self taping screws for the windscreen). If people ask I just say its a very shitty version of the prisnu...

Can't do that. We want him to be able to get himself to court, and work afterwards so he can pay people back....Justice doesn't work that way anymore.
