Got smoked this morning at a dead stop by some lady not paying attention.

I really hope the frame is ok. Bumper def squished in tight to body and tow hitch is a tad jacked up.
Shut line on rear driver's side door looks a tad off too...

Currently awaiting x-rays but me and the baby are good.

Ah man, that's a bummer. Glad you all weren't injured!

Hopefully the trucks frame is OK. Any idea how fast she was moving?

All that matters is that you and the baby are ok. Anyone hits me with my daughter in the truck and I’m gonna have a hard time not punching them in the face. Well a man at least, I would just yell at a lady.

Ouch. Glad you two made it through unscathed. It looks like she was doing a good clip.
I got that same bumper. How did it hold up?

Body armor bumper, thing is rock solid for sure.
    Highly reccomend.

We were stopped at a yield, she didn't even tap her brakes, air bags deployed on her end so at least 20.

She got out and straight up said, I didn't stop because I was paying attention to my kid in the back seat. Both were ok olso.

    That's my biggest concern.
How well do body shops assess frames?

look underneath on the outsides of the rear frame rails.you'll be able to see if its kinked or bulged out.supposedly if you have a trailer ball in the leverage makes it bend easier.

Glad ur all okay. I too got rear ended few years ago upstate NY. Saw it coming behind me and jumped on the throttle. Car that hit me was barely moving but she got creamed by guy behind her. No damage but a scratch to my bumper. Could have been worse if I wasn’t paying attention.
One of by biggest fears riding my 750 Honda. Getting rear ended. That wont end well!

If she wanted to tend to the kid, she should have been paying attention to her driving. it scares the crap out of me that so many people in their cars are doing everything but driving.

Glad you guys came out ok.
