    I'm simply turned off by a company that attempts to maximize it's profits in the ultra short-term as opposed to maximizing it's relationship with a community that has enormous purchasing power and hence can be very profitable for years to come.

    How much have you spent with the companies in question over the last 12-36 months? Honestly? Me for me =$0 except my $624 3 weeks ago on the suspension kit with oempart world

    In the last 36 months, I've purchased from cbi, Wheeler's, CVT and OEM. When possible, I prefer to do business with the vendors that value the relationship and their reputation with the community here. Simply my preference.

    so. $4k or so.

    Ordered first thing Monday morning. They still showed 18 in the country at that point. Checked today, 120+ on backorder with none in the country. I figured the backordered ones will get canceled but as of know it shows they are still coming with no ETA.

    And taunted everyone by saying everywhere else was on backorder, but he was the only one with them in stock..and you better hurry up and order because he is going to keep raising the price.
    Supply and demand is one thing, but openly threatening is pretty tacky
