What's more weird than that, to me, is that so many people keep their manual in the vehicle.

I used to take them out of my vehicle then have to find somewhere to store them. Then when i needed them, it would be tucked away so well, it was too much of a PITA to get them out. Easier to just leave it in the vehicles. Glove boxes are alot larger then previously and not like i have it full of junk anyway.

Why not keep it in the vehicle. The only time I usually refer to the manual is if I am doing something with the truck anyway so it makes sense to me. I still have lots of room for my registration insurance, some other small items etc.

I don't miss any of that corporate BS from my past life. At Salex Organizers we make parts, make money, design the next organizer, and repeat. Pretty damn simple!

Well, anything I would get from the manual I can get easier from the online manual. Which isn't much, and in past vehicles usually has something to do with a wireless key or keyless entry not letting me into the vehicle (manual in the truck that you can't get into).

So, no need for me to even keep it for anything but the tiny bit of resale value it adds, much less lug it around, risk damaging it, etc.

I couldn't fit it in my glove box, either. I just find that compartment to be too useful to stuff a bunch of shit I'll never use into it. It stores my registration/etc, a small first aid kit/ouch pouch, napkins, baby wipes, tailgate key, and.... gloves.

I just traded in my 16 SR5 for a 18 TRD OR and before I dropped the truck off, I popped out the shelf in the 16. When I got home with the 18 I put the shelf in. Kind of. It snaps in on the right where the old one did but there needs to be holes in the bottom for the side to snap in so as of right now it is just sitting in there only snapped in on the side. What is the cost of this when it comes out?

It will be between $15-$20. Our new organizer will not use any of the holes in the glove box.

Things are moving along on schedule. Still looks like late March for taking orders.

    huh?!?

Where else would you keep it? That seems to me the most useful place for it, since it might come in handy when operating said vehicle...

That's a rather personal question, sir!
    Here's what mine came with:

Ah, I see @Linewalker already posted the dimensions for this bad boy (9"x6")
I just noticed that the stitching matches my seat stitching.

Yup, that's it. Surprised to see the varying manual pouches (or lack-there-of) being used by dealers.

Got my TRD Pro under MSRP so I suppose I can’t complain too much, but the fact these exist and I wasn’t offered one rustles my jimmies. my poor naked manuals :(
