    Fermentation Fridays!!!! Andrew hosted tonight.

    We started off with another beer from The Good Beer Company called "Nectarine Oro". This was very enjoyable with a moderate sourness. Easy to drink.

    Next up was from Toolbox Brewing Company called, "Saison Chene Rustique D'Abricot". This was more sour that the previous and had a fantastic rich aroma. However, I'm not sure why they call this a saison, because the label listed many yeast strains including sacc, brett brux, lacto plantarum, latco brevis and pedio. Unless I'm missing something, is this really a saison?

    Third was "Im-PEACH-ment" from Behemoth Brewing located in New Zealand. The label states this was made "...as sour as the man himself...", but it was the least sour of the bunch. Yet, the aroma was incredible and it was an enjoyable beer.

    Fourth up was from a local brewery, Cellador Ales. This apricot sour is called "Le Con" and was my most favorite sour of the evening. It had a very unique flavor, which may have something to do with fact that it was bottle conditioned with honey, which Cellador is known for.

    After this, we went big and bold with "Dark Arts" from Wicked Weed. Mind you that this is from 2016, before they sold out to Inbev. WOW! This was incredible. At 15%, we were fooled. This was rum barrel aged with espresso, but had notes of raisin, maple sugar, and YES!...bacon. Loved this beer!!!!!!

    So this was our group of beers, which Andrew so kindly shared with us tonight.

    But none of us were quite done yet, so I pulled out a Rare Barrel that I just so happened to have in a drawer...at work! hahahaha! We drank this at room temp, which was just fine. The ginger taste was subtle and enjoyable. Not at all what I expected.

    I'm really liking Brouwerij West with every new beer I have. "Falling Water" has reached that mark once again. This IPA kicks ass!

    Had sourtooth tiger on tap from RB last year. Wasn’t a fan. But I also don’t like any beer with ginger in it
