    Trying something different. Got the smoker cleaned up real good and Publix had picnic pork for a real good price. I smoked a 10 lb slab for 3 hours and am now finishing it in the oven for the rest of the night.

    Got the truck packed up with tools and BS and ready for tomorrow!

    Kiddo woke me up at 0230 and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead of tossing and turning for a couple hours, I left at 4am and I’m halfway there. Stopped to stretch my legs and maybe take nap...or grab some coffee.
