    pandataco,
I use mothers back to black trim restorer, it works really good for me, it lasts about 2 months or so.
I bought five different treatments (over 100 bucks) to do my own investigative report. there are some that don't work, and some that do and without getting into all the detail, the Mothers brand, back to black trim restorer is by far the best out of the ones I'm my study. I live in cali and my truck is an 06 DCSB and my plastics look like new with the exception of the plastic on the mirrors, its a different plastic, had to color sand them first. hope this helps.

Curious on the crossbars... are they custom or did you purchase them?

My 2006 TRD O/R, ordered summer 2005 with the Snugtop. Currently with Toytec Ultimate lift, Cooper 265X16X75LRC A/T3 tires, TRD front skid, N-Fab bumper light bar with Hella lights, Yakima rack. It was ordered with VSC/TRAC/ABS and locker. I installed the factory rack a few years ago to carry more stuff and when stowed make it appear to sit higher than a Canyon.

And the Taco's stablemate, my 2006 Rubicon, complete catalog Currie Rock Jock four inch lift, Savvy armor, basically about $10,000 in suspension, steering, brakes, axles, probably more but I am not saying because my wife reads these forums:

I have more planned for my Taco but I have to keep it road worthy since I use it to travel and pull our boat about.

sorry i missed this ......i went from stock 265 to 255 st maxx and i love them. They have handled everything i can throw at them and are great on road, rain snow so no complaints here. I will probably get another set in 10,000 miles and let these 4 be my full size offroad spares.

I'm a newcomer to the forum, and to Tacomas. I posted a couple of times a week or so ago, while shopping for a good buy. I hope I found one this past week, so far so good after a couple tanks of gas. This is a one-owner 2011 SR5 4x4 base model with quite a few options; 4L V6, auto, 4X4, tow package, auto LSD, alloy wheels, side steps and grill guard and only 60,000 miles. It's like nobody has sat in the truck, it looks so good inside. Few scratches here and there outside, but hey, it's 7 years old. I don't plan to mod it, just go a size larger on tires when it needs them (from 245/75-16 to 265/75-16)DSC00228.jpg DSC00227.jpg
