I have a set of the relentless fab brackets and I would say try the CBI mounts. If you don't like them i will trade you.

Has anyone tried running any of these mounts in conjunction with a snorkel? I have been wanting some lights up there but don't want to spend the money if the brackets will interfere with a safari snorkel. Rig is a 2nd gen, for reference.

It appears so , yes. I like that they put little slits in the bracket now I'm assuming to run zip ties through to secure the wires. They're good solid brackets and work well for me. I did put a washer or 2 under the bracket at 1 of the bolt locations just to level it up. I've had them on 2 trucks now work great

It may seem like small issue. but it showed the quality of product from company and most importantly showed the lack of customer service.
Im just glad I found out on $100 brackets and not thousands $ in armor!

That was Jan 3rd 2017 since then the quality of products has really started to show..

@ragofabrication brackets rusting after only one year!
    Pathetic.

    It's all good..
    That's what makes tacomaworld.com great.
    unfiltered truthful reviews.
    If your product sucks ( @ragofabrication )
Then you will get shitty reviews.

I looked back at our conversation also..

"Do you need my information to mail the tshirt? I recived my brackets today.
They look good. Had small blemish on one bracket. [IMG]But over all very nice quality. Thanks again for all your help:thumbsup:"

I would not return over a small blemish but definitely wanted to point it out so quality control issues could be taken care of for future customers.
You never did commented back on the blemish. Not even to apologize.
    Only about the missing shirt.
I have the full conversation but see no reason to post it all here.

As far as still being happy with over all quality... obviously they are starting to rust.

As far as returning the product.. rather I do or not will have absolutely nothing to do with me continue to give my honest opinion on the product I recived.

Is that not from wear against the door seal or something just rubbing some junk powder coat over time?

That’s why I’d never go with rivet mounts, can’t reverse that shit.

That being said I had their bed rail LED pod mounts for 2 yrs or so and the powder coat looked like the day I bought them when I sold them last week. Didn’t fade or anything.

Where the door closes it did rust also.
But the face and sides above door rusted.
Those spots never get rubbed or touched other than by the elements
