    go buy can cream chicken soup or cream mushroom soup cook in with rice throw in grilled chicken and make a good casserole. have green beans for side.

    I’ve done this before, it’s good but lots of fat and sodium and I’m trying to lose about 20 lbs. I’m 185 rn wanna be 165

    How do you have raw grilled chicken?... I personally like lemon pepper grilled chicken. The only rice i have ever done is mexican and people told me it was good but i cant confirm cuz i didnt eat any cuz its rice. And green beans really need a little pork fat if you want any flavor to pop from them but that with dilute the health factor.

    On the mexican rice, take the dry rice and put in in the bottom if a pot with a little oil (like a couple of table spoons)and cook till it starts to change colors. As soon as it starts turning slightly brown put a can of tomato paste and a can of water and some garlic powder over it and bring it to a boil. Cook it until its tender and the liquid is absorbed (~20 ish minutes) that should do about a pound of rice and you will have a ton of left overs i imagine.

    Also i assumed this was white rice but since this is for weight loss i now realize that may have been a mistake

    They sell pre mixes lemon pepper seasoning that is the easiest route if you want to do that. Im also guessing that you are only drinking water right? Most americans take in alot of their calories through beverages. Thats the easiest place to start losing weight

    A teaspoon of 5w30 every morning for 2 weeks should get you there.



    Like i cook alot and i eat alot and my appearance is a combination of great genetics and raw talent. I know that if input>output you will gain weight and the reverse is true but i am not the right person for average people to ask how to stay in shape haha
